About these terms
These terms cover G.R.A.V.I.S. Personal Finance, a private application operated by Gaëtan Oosterlinck, a private individual, for personal use.
Contact: gaetan@weargrevon.com. This address is on the GREVON company domain; using it does not make the application a GREVON product and does not authorize any commercial or business banking access.
Who may use it
Only the owner may use the application. It is not offered to the public, accounts are not available to anyone else, and it is not used to provide financial services to others.
What the application does
- With the owner's authorization, it reads balances and transactions of the owner's own personal current and savings accounts in euro at KBC, CBC or KBC Brussels through Enable Banking.
- It lets the owner review personal and GREVON business bank statement files (CSV) and keep personal and business budgets, goals and accounts. Business information is entered only through those files and by hand, never through the bank connection.
- It cannot initiate payments, and it never asks for bank passwords.
- The bank connection is used only for the owner's own eligible personal accounts. Business accounts, including GREVON accounts, and accounts belonging to anyone else are not connected.
Authorization and disconnection
Bank access starts only when the owner authorizes it on the bank's own pages and lasts until the expiry date shown at authorization or until the owner disconnects. The owner can disconnect at any time in the application, or through Enable Banking or the bank.
Accuracy of information
Balances and transactions are shown as provided by the bank and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The bank's own records always prevail. Categories, summaries and duplicate suggestions are generated automatically and must be checked. Nothing in the application is financial, tax or legal advice.
Availability
The application runs on the owner's own computer and is available only while that computer and its connection are running. No availability or uptime is promised, and features may change or stop at any time.
Third-party services
The application relies on Enable Banking, the owner's bank, Supabase, ngrok and Cloudflare. Their use is subject to their own terms, and their availability is outside the owner's control.
